Air Fryer Pork Neck

Pork neck is a popular cut in American cooking, often celebrated for its rich flavor and tenderness when cooked properly. Utilizing an air fryer makes this dish accessible and quick, allowing for a crispy exterior while keeping the meat juicy. This method has gained popularity in modern kitchens for its efficiency and health benefits, making it a go-to for weeknight dinners.
Cut the pork neck into four pieces.
In a bowl, pour in a little milk and stir thoroughly.
Add all the remaining milk to the bowl.
Marinate the meat in the milk mixture for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Fry the mushrooms with the chopped onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Season the mushrooms and onions with salt and black pepper.
Add honey and minced garlic to the mushroom mixture.
Remove excess moisture from the marinated pork neck using napkins.
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (374°F).
Place the marinated pork neck in the air fryer and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Lower the temperature to 180°C (356°F) and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
