Combine 1.5 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water in a saucepan and let the syrup boil for 10 minutes on low heat.
Let the syrup cool.
In a bowl, whisk 3 eggs with half a glass of sugar until it turns white.
Add half a glass of oil, 1 package of vanilla, and 1 packet of baking powder to the egg mixture.
Mix in 1 cup of coconut, 1 cup of coarsely chopped walnuts, and 1 cup of breadcrumbs.
Pour the mixture into a greased dish and bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 30 minutes.
In another saucepan, combine 1 liter of milk and 1 cup of starch with half a glass of sugar and 1 package of vanilla.
When it starts to boil, let it cook for 2 more minutes on low heat, stirring constantly.
Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes, then beat with a blender for 5 minutes.
Pour the pudding over the cooled cake and sprinkle with coconut, pistachios, and strawberries.
