Place the ribs on a rack in the fridge to dry brine for 3 to 5 hours or overnight if possible.

Prepare the barbecue sauce by mixing ketchup, garlic, onion, black pepper, salt, cayenne, corn syrup, honey, molasses, white balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, Liquid Smoke, and bourbon.
