Garden Focaccia Bread

Punch down the risen dough and transfer to a greased baking sheet.
Stretch the dough into a rectangle, about 1 inch thick.
Dimple the surface of the dough with your fingers.
Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle with sea salt.
Arrange cherry tomatoes, olives, and onion on top of the dough.
Sprinkle fresh rosemary and garlic evenly over the toppings.
Let the dough rest for another 20 minutes to rise slightly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
