Combine 300 ml of warm milk, 80 g of sugar, and 8 g of dry yeast, and mix well.
Add 600 g of flour and 6 g of salt to the mixture and mix well with a spatula.
Incorporate 60 g of melted butter and mix.
Cover the mixture and let it rise for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts and cover, leaving for 10 minutes.
Add 100 g of walnuts and 80 g of brown sugar to one piece of dough and mix.
Grease the baking pan with butter and add the walnut mixture to the dough.
Repeat the process with the other piece of dough.
Cover and let rise for 20 minutes.
Brush the dough with an egg yolk mixed with 1 tablespoon of milk.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
