Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Rub the roast beef with garlic powder, complete seasoning, black pepper, and onion powder on both sides.

Cut one medium onion into rings and slice one medium green pepper and one stock of celery.

Place the veggies in the pan around the roast beef.

Pour 1/4 cup of chicken broth over the roast to prevent sticking.

Cover the pan and place it in the oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.

After cooking, pull the beef apart and mix in Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce.
