Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess
Place a large pan over medium-high heat and add ground beef.
Sprinkle over seasonings and stir until the ground beef is browned and cooked through.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the ground beef from the pan, spoon out excess grease, leaving a thin layer.
Add onion to the pan and cook until translucent, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the beef back into the pan along with crushed tomatoes, beef broth, and corn.
Bring the mixture to a simmer.
Mix corn starch with a little bit of water and add it to the pan.
Stir and let simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes to thicken up.
Stir in sour cream and cheddar cheese into the chili mixture.
Assemble the casserole by adding just under half the tater tots to the bottom of a 9 by 13 inch casserole dish.
Add the chili mixture on top of the tater tots.
Finish with another layer of tater tots on top.
Transfer to the oven and bake for 25 minutes at 375°F.
Remove from oven when bubbly and tater tots are crispy, sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Pop it back into the oven for 10 more minutes.
