1 cup frozen corn, thawed and drained
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
0.25 cup granulated cane sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup 2% milk
2 eggs
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
