For the Camy cream, mix the mascarpone cheese, sweetened cream, and condensed milk until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the cream tart by layering the Camy cream between the baked pastry shapes.

Decorate with strawberries, cremini chocolates, chocolate sheets, edible flowers, and shortcrust pastry leftovers.
