- ●4 cups water
- ●1/2 cup sugar
- ●1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- ●4 tea bags (black tea)
- ●1/4 cup lemon juice
- ●Ice cubes
- ●Fresh raspberries and lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- 1In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- 2Once boiling, remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes.
- 3Remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
- 4Add the fresh raspberries and lemon juice to the tea mixture.
- 5Using a muddler or fork, gently mash the raspberries to release their flavor.
- 6Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then strain it through a fine mesh sieve to remove the raspberry pulp.
- 7Refrigerate the strained tea until chilled, about 1-2 hours.
- 8Serve the tea over ice cubes in glasses.
- 9Garnish with fresh raspberries and lemon slices before serving.

- ●2 cups chopped carrots
- ●2 cups chopped celery
- ●4 cups chicken broth
- ●1 cup heavy cream
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 tsp black pepper
- ●1/4 tsp nutmeg
- ●2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- ●1 package (16 oz) gnocchi
- ●2 cups fresh spinach
- ●1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- 1In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- 2Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- 4Add the chopped carrots and celery, cooking for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
- 5Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 6Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.
- 7Add the shredded chicken and gnocchi, cooking until the gnocchi float to the top, about 3-5 minutes.
- 8Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- 9Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese before serving.

- ●1/2 cup brown sugar
- ●1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ●1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- ●1/4 cup water
- ●1 tsp vanilla extract
- ●1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- 1In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- 2Add the sliced apples to the skillet and stir to coat them in the butter.
- 3Sprinkle the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg over the apples and stir well.
- 4Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- 5Cover the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are tender.
- 6Remove the lid and continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- 7Stir in the vanilla extract and chopped pecans, if using.
- 8Cook for another minute to combine the flavors.
- 9Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
