Heat up some oil and fry chopped ingredients until fragrant. Add ½ stock cube, ½ tsp of belacan powder, a little oyster sauce, chilli flakes and a pinch of salt.

Then, add in the Kangkong, rice and mix well.

Now, add in ½ tsp light soy sauce, ¼ tsp dark soy sauce and a dash of white pepper powder. Squeeze a little lime juice.

Stir fry until all ingredients are blended together. Turn off the flame. Enjoy!
