Boil the cubed potatoes in water until soft.

In a heated skillet, add 2 lbs of ground beef and brown it using a meat masher.

While the beef is browning, prepare to add other ingredients.

Once the potatoes are soft, drain them and mash with butter and milk until creamy.

In a baking dish, layer the browned beef, then add the green beans and pour tomato soup over the top.

Spread the mashed potatoes on top of the mixture.

Sprinkle Mexican blend cheese on top of the mashed potatoes.

Bake in the oven until heated through and cheese is melted.
