3 mint bombs (or 1 tablespoon dried mint)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).

Prepare 2 to 3 pounds of potatoes, splitting between regular white potatoes and sweet potatoes, and halve them.

Place the halved potatoes into a pan without any additional preparation.

Use 2 pounds of lean ground beef and a mini food processor to blend flavor ingredients.

Quarter an onion and add it to the food processor.

Add 4 cloves of garlic to the food processor.

Add a little parsley (stalks included) to the food processor.

Pour in 3 to 4 tablespoons of Greek extra-virgin olive oil into the food processor.
