Instructions

  1. 1In a blender, combine the chopped pineapple, grated ginger, and fresh lemon juice.
  2. 2Add the water to the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. 3If desired, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp for a smoother juice.
  4. 4Taste the juice and add honey or agave syrup if you prefer it sweeter, then blend again to combine.
  5. 5Pour the juice into a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
