2 big onions (blended)

200 ml of water
1 l of cooking oil
1 tube of tomato paste
800 ml of tomato puree
2 tsps of rosemary
3 big onions
12 green pepper (Kpakposhito-blended)
7 tomatoes (blended)
300 ml broth of the meat
2 canned of sardine
1 tbsp of chili pepper
1/4 tsp of salt (optional)

Steam the guinea fowl with salt, blended onions, blended ginger, garlic powder, and water.
