Add marinated bangus to the skillet, cooking for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Pour in water and add bay leaves, simmering for 10 minutes.
Season with pepper and salt to taste, adjusting as needed.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with lemon wedges.
