1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 cups fresh tomatoes
1 habanero pepper
1 tablespoon ginger
4 cups water
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 cup red onions
2 boiled plantain
