Cottage cheese is lower in fat and calories.

Add water and salt to a medium-large saucepan and bring to boil.

Add pasta and boil for about 11-12 minutes or until tender.

Drain the pasta and add vinegar and a splash of olive oil to the drained pasta, stirring to combine.

Allow the pasta to cool to room temperature.

Add b-man's Italian dressing, mozzarella, black olives, red bell pepper, and salami to the cooled pasta.

Stir to combine and add additional dressing, cheese, and/or salt to taste, if needed.
