Welcome back to another episode of Be sure Sure to Cook. Today we're going to be making a pasta salad.

Start with fresh corn, husk it, and cut off the kernels from 2 cobs.

Boil water in a pot, add olive oil to prevent sticking, and then add 12 oz of rotini pasta once the water is boiling.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and rinse under cold water to cool it down.

Cut a Roma tomato into small squares and set aside.

Shred some Parmesan cheese using a micro shredder for a fine texture.

Slice green onions and set aside.

In a bowl, mix together 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of Italian dressing, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, and some Mrs. Dash seasoning (about 1/4 teaspoon).

Add 1 cup of mayonnaise and a shake of paprika to the dressing mix, then combine well.

Add half of the shredded Parmesan cheese to the dressing and mix again.

In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chopped tomatoes, and half of the sliced green onions.
