Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

Cube the cucumber and marinate it in apple cider vinegar or lemon juice.

Chop the red pepper, yellow pepper, green pepper, and red onion.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the chopped vegetables.

Add honey mustard sauce and mayonnaise to the mixture.

If using, add the can of tuna.

Season with chilli flakes, rosemary, black pepper, parsley, pineapple juice, and salt to taste.

Toss everything together until well combined and serve.
