Boil cabbage in chicken stock for 4 to 6 minutes until tender, then strain.
Combine soaked noodles with boiled cabbage in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onions for 3 to 4 minutes until translucent, then add garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add chopped chicken to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and sauté.
Add shredded carrots and snow peas, sauté for a few minutes until warmed and softened.
Season with soy sauce and oyster sauce, then combine with the noodles and cabbage.
