Take the frozen beef bottom round rump roast out of the deep freeze.

Peel off the packaging; if it doesn't come off easily, run it under warm water.

Place the roast fat side up in a pan.

Liberally season the roast with seasoned salt.

Add the onion to the pan, placing it on top of the roast after it cooks for a bit.

Pour 2 cups of water into the pan.

Cover the pan with foil.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Cook the frozen roast in the oven for 2 hours at 350 degrees.

After 2 hours, turn the oven down to 200 degrees.

Check the roast at 2 o'clock to see if it's done; if it's thick, cut it in half and place the halves in the juices.

Turn the heat back up to 350 degrees if needed and check again in 30 minutes to an hour for tenderness.

If the meat isn't starting to shred, turn the heat up to 300 or 350 degrees and check again after a while.
