Add lamb curry with bones, chopped onion, 1 to 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, and water into a pot.
Add black pepper, vegetable stock powder, coriander powder, and more water until the meat is fully covered.
Mix everything and cook covered for 30 to 40 minutes or until the meat is tender.
Prep the okra by cutting it into desired size and washing it.
In a separate pot, add the okra and hot water, then boil until ready, stirring gently to avoid burning or boiling over.
Once the okra is soft and starts breaking apart, pour it into a plastic bowl and blend with a hand blender to preferred consistency.
Return the meat to the front stove, add a teaspoon of dill paste, a tablespoon of garlic paste, and a tablespoon of cumin powder 10 minutes before adding the okra.
Add the blended okra to the meat and cook on medium to low heat for roughly five minutes to incorporate.
Adjust the consistency with salt and additional water if too thick, then turn off the heat.
