3 tomatoes
10 ml oil
2 spoons cumin seeds
8 shallots
15 g ginger
15 g garlic
2 green chillies
salt to taste
1 spoon chili powder
1 spoon fenugreek powder

Heat the pan and pour in 10 ml of oil.

Put in 2 spoons of cumin seeds and saute till they pop.

Put in the 8 shallots, 15 g of ginger, and 15 g of garlic and saute till the shallots are golden brown.

Add the 2 green chillies and saute well.

Add the pieces of 100 g of Winter Melon peeled and cut into pieces.

Add the pieces of 3 tomatoes and saute and crush for 5 to 6 minutes until it becomes a nice paste.

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Add 1 spoon of chili powder and 1 spoon of fenugreek powder and mix.

Add the yogurt mixture and mix for 30 seconds on low flame and let the mixture cook for 10 minutes.

Put in the curry leaves as garnish and take off the flame and serve.
