4 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 cup brown Sugar
2 tsp. Baking soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
5 large Ripe bananas
1 Cup melted butter
1 tsp. Softened Butter
1 1/2 Cups Hershey butterscotch chips
1/4 Cup heavy cream

Add eggs, melted butter and brown sugar into a bowl.

Peel and mash bananas and add them to the egg mixture.

In another bowl add all dry ingredients and mix. Flour, baking soda and salt.

Combine dry and wet ingredients. Mix well before adding 1 cup of butterscotch chips.

Preheat oven to 350deg F.

Grease the loaf pans with 1tsp butter.

Add the batter into each pans at equal amounts for even baking.

Sprinkle some butterscotch chips on top.

Bake for 45mins or until nice and golden brown.

Bring heavy cream to a boil.

Add 1/4 Cup butterscotch chips to a heat proof bowl.

Pour hot cream over it and stir until dissolved.

Remove banana bread from the oven and brush with the butterscotch sauce. Brush with as much as you like.
