Add minced chicken to a bowl.
Season with garlic powder, minced celery, eggs, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Mix until combined and form into medium-sized patties.
Lightly fry the patties in a frying pan until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side, then set aside.
In the same pan, sauté chopped onions in olive oil until soft and opaque.
Add garlic and cook briefly, then stir in strained tomato puree and cook for a few minutes.
Add chopped potatoes, carrots, bay leaves, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder, and a little water to the pan.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a slow simmer and add the browned patties.
Cover and cook until the stew thickens, about 30-40 minutes, adding frozen peas towards the end.
