Welcome everyone to All Cooking, today we will prepare buffalo meat curry.

We have taken 1 kg of buffalo meat and washed it well.

Add salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, five spice powder, and black pepper powder.

Add 3 tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste.

Chop 4 large onions and add them to the mixture, mixing everything well.

Let it rest for about 10-15 minutes.

After resting, add about 50 ml of mustard oil to the pot.

Add whole spices and garlic cloves, sauté for about 1 minute.

Add 2 chopped tomatoes and sauté for about 1 minute.

Add the marinated meat to the pot and mix well with the onions and tomatoes.

Cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, the meat has released a lot of water; stir well.

Cover again and cook for another 15-20 minutes on medium heat.

After 15-20 minutes, the gravy has reduced, but the onions and tomatoes are not yet soft; continue stirring and cooking.

Buffalo meat takes a long time to cook, so sauté for about 5 minutes until the water evaporates and oil rises to the top.

Add about 1 glass of boiled water for the gravy, adjusting to your preference.

Mix well and cover the pot, cooking on slow to medium heat for another 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, the meat is tender and looks delicious; stir occasionally.
