2 tbsp cumin paste
4 tsp salt
2 tsp turmeric powder

Begin by introducing the dish and the health benefits of buffalo meat.

Prepare 2 kg of buffalo meat, cut into regular pieces.

Add the buffalo meat directly into a pressure cooker.

Add 1 cup of cooking oil to the pressure cooker.

Add 3 tbsp of red chili paste (made by blending red chilies).

Add 2 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of garam masala powder, and 2 tbsp of cumin paste.

Season with 4 tsp of salt, adjusting to taste.

Turn on the stove to medium heat and cook until the meat releases water, about 7-8 minutes.

Once the meat has released water, add 1 cup of water to help sauté the meat.
