1 teaspoon salt

3 teaspoons red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
4 cups water
3 green chilies
3 whole garlic cloves

Heat soybean oil in a large pan.

Add 2 bay leaves, 3 cinnamon sticks, and 4 cardamom pods, and sauté.

Add 1/2 cup chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.

Add 1 teaspoon salt while sautéing the spices.

Add 2 teaspoons turmeric powder and 3 teaspoons red chili powder, mixing well.

Sauté the mixture for a while, adding water to prevent burning.

Add 1 teaspoon coriander powder and mix well.

Add 1 kg buffalo meat and stir to combine.

Add 3 whole green chilies for flavor and cover the pan.

Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes without adding water.

After 15 minutes, check the water released from the meat.

After 30 minutes of cooking the meat, add 4 cups of water and cover the pan.
