Combine 600 grams of flour, 7 grams of dried yeast, and 1 spoonful of salt in a bowl.
Incorporate butter into the mixture.
Add a lot of sugar and 1 cup of milk to the mixture.
Incorporate egg yolks into the mixture.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place.
Prepare the walnut filling with beaten egg whites and sugar.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
Spread the walnut filling evenly over the dough.
Roll the dough to create a spiral shape.
Grease the pan and place the rolled dough in it.
Top the dough with the remaining beaten egg whites.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
