Heat 0.5 cup of milk to 110°F and mix in 2.5 teaspoons of yeast, letting it sit.
In a bowl, combine 2.5 cups of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 0.5 teaspoons of salt, and 0.5 teaspoons of cinnamon.
Add melted butter and the yeast mixture to half of the flour mixture, then add 2 eggs and mix.
Knead the dough for a couple of minutes, then let it rise in a covered bowl for about 1 hour.
Prepare the filling by mixing 3 cups of chopped walnuts, 0.75 cups of sugar, 0.33 cup of milk, 0.25 cup of honey, 1 egg, and 0.5 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
Punch down the dough and divide it into two pieces.
Roll out the dough thinly and spread half of the walnut filling over it.
Roll the dough tightly and cut off the ends.
Place the rolled dough in a greased form with nonstick cooking spray and a little flour.
Let the dough rise for about 1 hour before baking.
Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes until done.
