6-7 cups water
1 tablespoon salt
3 cups rice
2 tablespoons butter
dried apricots
walnuts
jumbo raisins
almonds
honey

Clean the pumpkin.

Bring 6-7 cups of water to a boil.

Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the boiling water.

Add 3 cups of rice to the boiling water and cook halfway.

Choose a variety of dried fruits and nuts (dried apricots, walnuts, jumbo raisins, almonds).

Saute the nuts and dried fruits in 2 tablespoons of butter.

Rub the inside of the pumpkin with melted butter.

Add honey to the mixture for sweetness.

Brush the outside of the pumpkin with vegetable oil.

Bake the pumpkin in the oven at 375°F for about 1 hour and 40 minutes.
