Ghapama

1 sugar pumpkin
1 onion
1.5 cups rice
1/3 cup slivered almonds
1/3 cup walnuts
1/2 cup dried apricots
5 quartered prunes
1 tablespoon honey
apple cider vinegar
olive oil or neutral oil

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Chop 1 onion and add it to a bowl.

Add 1.5 cups of rice to the bowl.

Add 1/3 cup of slivered almonds and 1/3 cup of walnuts to the bowl.

Add 1/2 cup of dried apricots and 5 quartered prunes to the bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of honey and a touch of apple cider vinegar to the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients together.

Spoon the mixture into the sugar pumpkin and pat it down.

Cover the pumpkin with a lid.

Place the pumpkin on a sheet tray and bake in the oven for about 1 hour.

Check if the pumpkin is done by inserting a toothpick.
