3 tablespoons cooking oil
½ cup minced onion sliced
2 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp of toasted sesame seeds
1 small sweet red pepper (optional)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce (for VEGAN version)
2 tbsp korean red pepper powder
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
120ml water
1 tsp perilla oil
