Steamed Fish with Okras & Coconut Milk

Wash the fish in vinegar and lemon juice.
Make incisions inside the fish.
Season the fish with old bay seasoning, complete seasoning, black pepper, and fresh green seasoning, ensuring it's evenly coated inside and out.
Let the fish marinate for about 30 minutes.
In a preheated pan, add oil and butter, allowing the butter to melt.
Add onions, bell peppers, garlic, and cherry tomatoes to the pan, seasoning them and sautéing for about 3 minutes.
Add pumpkin and corn to the pan and sauté for another 3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Add hot water and coconut milk to the pan, followed by the strained fish soup mix, and thyme, then cover to allow the pumpkin to become tender for about 10 minutes.
Once the pumpkin is tender, push the vegetables to the side and place the fish and okra in the pan to steam.
Cook the fish for about 4 minutes on each side.
