Mix all the ingredients in yogurt and add Chicken. Marinate overnight for best results or for 6 hours at least.

Take the skewers, put the vegetables and chicken cubes on it. Make sure to dip the wooden skewers in water for 5 mins prior to putting the chicken on it.

To air fry: Set the timer for 35 mins, and heat to 180°C. Put the skewers equally placed in the air fryer and brush olive oil on it.

To pan fry: Take a pan, grease it with oil. Keep the skewers on it and cook on low heat for about 30 mins, keep changing sides.

To grill: Set up the grill, place the skewers on it, keep brushing oil and changing sides. Ready in about 25 mins.
