1 kg tomatoes
¼ cup cooking oil
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
½ tbsp black pepper
1 tsp roasted & crushed cumin seeds
1½ tbsp crushed coriander seeds
1½ tbsp crushed red chili
1½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tbsp salt
2 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves
1½ cup hung & whisked yogurt
2-3 tbsp cooking oil
½ kg chicken
1 inch piece ginger
4-5 green chilies
½ tsp dried fenugreek
1 pinch crushed coriander seeds

In a frying pan, add tomatoes and water, bring to a boil, cover and blanch for 2-3 minutes.

Turn off the flame, remove skin, slightly crush tomatoes and set aside.

In a wok, add cooking oil, blanched tomatoes along with water, mix well and cook for a minute, then mash well with a masher.

Add ginger garlic paste, mix well and cook for a minute.

Add black pepper, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chili, turmeric powder, salt, and dried fenugreek leaves, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Turn off the flame, add yogurt and mix well.

Turn on the flame, cover and cook on low flame until oil separates (5-6 minutes).

In a wok, add cooking oil and chicken, mix well and fry until light golden.

Add prepared homemade karahi cooking sauce and mix well, cover and cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes, then cook on high flame until oil separates (4-5 minutes).

Add ginger, green chilies, dried fenugreek leaves, and crushed coriander seeds, cover and simmer on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
