Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Take a Reynolds Kitchens oven bag (turkey size) and place it on a cookie sheet.
Add about 1 pound of frozen crab legs into the oven bag.
In a separate plate, prepare 3/4 stick of butter, cut white onions, and fresh grated garlic, then add them into the bag with the crab legs.
Add a little bit of Red Rooster chili sauce for flavor, about a small amount.
Sprinkle in a light pinch of Cuban style citrusy garlic, being careful not to overdo it due to its strong flavor.
Add a light pinch of sugar to sweeten the mixture slightly.
Sprinkle in a light pinch of Old Bay seasoning.
Seal the bag with the zip tie provided, ensuring no juices can leak out.
Before sealing completely, add about 1/4 cup of water to the bag to prevent it from drying out during cooking.
Seal the bag tightly and place it in the oven.
Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, remove the bag from the oven and carefully open it, being cautious of steam.
Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl, including the juices, onions, and garlic.
Serve the crab legs with the juices and enjoy with panamanian style tortillas.
