1 cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon paprika
1 spoon salt
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
3 tablespoons flax seed
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
2 tablespoons psyllium husks
1/2 cup chia seeds

Add 1 cup of water to a bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the water.

Add 1 tablespoon of paprika (or chili if preferred) and 1 spoon of salt, then mix well.

Add the remaining ingredients: 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, 3 tablespoons flax seed, 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, 1/2 cup sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons psyllium husks, and 1/2 cup chia seeds.

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.

Wait for 5 to 6 minutes to allow the chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and flax seeds to form a gelatin-like texture.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet measuring 40 by 60 cm, marking it before baking if desired.

Bake in an oven at 160° C for 40 minutes.
