Take 1/2 cup chia seeds and add to a bowl.

Add 1/2 cup flax seeds to the bowl.

Add 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds to the bowl.

Add 1/4 cup sunflower seeds to the bowl.

Add 1/4 cup white sesame seeds to the bowl.

Add 1/4 cup black sesame seeds to the bowl.

Pour in 1 cup of warm water and mix well.

Let the mixture rest for about 30 minutes to allow the seeds to soak up the water.

After 30 minutes, check the mixture; the texture should be jelly-like.

Add 1 teaspoon rosemary leaves (optional) to the mixture.

Add 1 teaspoon salt according to taste.

Add 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder to the mixture.

Add 1 teaspoon chili flakes to the mixture.

Add 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional) to the mixture for extra crunch.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Spread the mixture evenly onto a greased tray.

Preheat the oven to 160°C.

Spread the mixture into a thin layer on the tray.

Cut the mixture lightly with a knife to make it easier to remove later.

Bake in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes at 160°C.

Once baked, let the seed crackers cool slightly before serving.
