1/4 cup whole chia seeds
1/4 cup shelled hemp seeds

Combine 1 cup ground flax seeds, 1/4 cup whole chia seeds, and 1/4 cup shelled hemp seeds in a bowl.

Add 3/4 cup of water to the bowl and mix well.

Let the mixture sit for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the chia and flax to soak up the liquid and form a gel-like consistency.

Place the mixture on a sheet of baking paper and cover with another sheet.

Roll it out evenly with a rolling pin until thin.

Peel off the top layer of paper and cut out desired cracker shapes with a knife or pizza cutter.

Transfer the crackers onto a lined baking tray.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through to crisp up evenly.
