1/2 cup chia seeds
3/4 cup roasted unsalted sunflower seeds
1/4 cup unroasted unsalted pumpkin seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dried rosemary

Mix 1 and 1/4 cups ground flax seeds, 1/2 cup chia seeds, 3/4 cup roasted unsalted sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup unroasted unsalted pumpkin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon dried rosemary in a bowl.

Add 1 cup of water to the mixture and mix well with your hands.

Spread the mixture onto a 12x17 inch baking sheet lined with a silicone mat, using a spatula to flatten it out.

If you don't have a large baking sheet, feel free to use two smaller pans.

Bake the mixture until cooked through, checking that the edges don't burn and returning the center portion to cook longer if needed.

Let the crackers cool completely before breaking them apart.
