1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup flaxseeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup water

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, sesame seeds, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Add water to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Let the mixture sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow the seeds to absorb the water.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread the seed mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet, pressing it down to form a thin layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is firm.
