1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup quick oats
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix 1/2 cup ground flax seed and 1/4 cup chia seeds in a large bowl.

Add 1/4 cup sesame seeds, 1/2 cup quick oats, 2 teaspoons dried oregano, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt to the bowl.

Cover the mixture with 1 1/4 cup water and allow to soak for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, divide the mixture between two baking sheets covered with parchment paper.

Spread the mixture as thinly as possible, ensuring there are no holes in the crackers.

Bake the crackers at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes, rotating the pans halfway through and cutting the individual crackers.

The crackers are done when they are lightly browned and feel dry.

Allow the crackers to cool completely on the pans before breaking them apart and storing them.
