Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken

Cultural Context

Caesar Salad originated in Tijuana, Mexico, in the 1920s, created by Italian immigrant Caesar Cardini. Initially a simple dish, it has evolved into a staple in American cuisine, often served with grilled chicken for added protein. Today, variations abound, but the classic combination of romaine, croutons, and creamy dressing remains beloved worldwide.
