150 g grated cheese
450 g chicken breast
8-9 cherry tomatoes
few large lettuce leaves
salt/pepper to taste
2 tsp mild mustard
4 tbsp. lemon juice

Prepare the croutons by cutting white bread into cubes and frying them in olive oil with garlic until golden brown.
