1 large bell pepper
2 medium potatoes
1/4 cup cachaça
1 can (14 oz) canned peeled tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 lime

Remove the skin from the chicken thighs by pulling it off with your hands.

Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, calabrian chili flakes, sweet paprika, smoked paprika, and red wine vinegar, rubbing the spices into the meat.
