Measure 5 cups of hominy corn and wash it until the water runs clear.
Add enough water to cover the hominy corn halfway in the pot.
Cook the hominy corn on medium heat until soft, approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Add 1 cup of coconut milk, 1 cup of evaporated milk, and 1 cup of condensed milk to the pot.
Stir in 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1 teaspoon of salt, and a cinnamon stick.
Cover the pot partially to prevent boiling over and continue cooking.
After cooking, check the consistency and add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup of water to thicken the porridge.
Add more condensed milk to taste, adjusting sweetness as desired.
Allow to cook for another 10 minutes on low to medium heat before serving.
