Season chicken legs and thighs with 2 tablespoons of green seasoning, 1 tablespoon of a mixture of habanero pepper, green onion, and onion (optional).
Add 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 teaspoon of seasoning salt, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of onion powder to the chicken.
Add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil or olive oil and a pinch of salt, then mix everything together.
Cut the chicken into pieces to ensure the seasoning is fully incorporated.
Add about 1/2 cup of water to the chicken for moisture, then mix again, adding more water if needed.
Grease a baking container with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil to prevent sticking, then place the chicken inside and pour all the seasoning juice over it.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (about 175°C). Cover the chicken with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Prepare cassava by washing it in a large bowl of water to remove dirt, ensuring it is fully submerged, then set aside.
Wash the vegetables (tomato, onion, parsley, and cucumber) and cut them into cubes or dice.
Season the vegetables with a pinch of salt and a little oil, adding garlic powder if desired.
After 40 minutes, remove the aluminum foil from the baking pan and transfer the chicken to a different dish for broiling.
Broil the chicken for about 20 minutes to caramelize both sides, ensuring it remains juicy.
Remove the chicken from the oven and serve with the prepared vegetables.
