Steam the semolina in a cheesecloth for about 15 minutes.
Pour the steamed semolina into a bowl and let it cool completely.
Toast the semolina in a large frying pan until golden.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add honey to the melted butter and turn off the heat.
Gradually add the toasted semolina to the butter and honey mixture, then mix everything together.
Let the mixture set for about 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture into serving plates using a cookie cutter.
Dip the cookie cutter in tamina and then in cinnamon, and stamp the tamina with it.
Garnish with almond candies or anything you prefer.
